Short Notice: Backpacking Two Lakes Loop (1 night)

The weather this weekend is perfect! Highs in the mid-60s and lows in the mid-40's. I'm planning to hike the 16mi loop over two days, starting Saturday Morning and wrapping up Sunday afternoon. I'll hike counter-clockwise from the noted parking area.

Meet at the trailhead (see the map inset) at 10 CDT. If you wish to carpool, post a comment and we can make arrangements. 

• Difficulty: Moderate
• Distance: 16 miles (8 miles per day)

Ground Rules

• Leave no trace, pack out all your trash.
• No children unless specified.
• Dogs permitted, but only with organizer approval first. (We need to check compatability.)
• Follow all park/forest regulations.

There's a gate fee of $8 to enter this recreation area. (No state/federal passes apply here.)
