Organizer Info & Training

Are you a seasoned adventurer just itching to get out there, but don't see your style of activities yet? Consider hosting your own events here with the Evansville Outdoors Co-op!

Before leading a group on an outdoor experience, all event organizers must attend this formal training, led by the Club's Leadership Team.

Here's what we'll cover during your training:

• Overview of Club Rules and Guidelines
• Organizer Responsibilities
• Trip Planning Basics
• Meetup Site Basics

## WHO SHOULD JOIN
Anyone that is considering organizing events for Evansville Outdoors.

## WHAT TO BRING
Pen and paper are recommended. Otherwise, all training materials will be available electronically before and after the training.

## WHEN/WHERE
Training will be both in-person and virtual, for those that can't attend in person. Please use the event chat to get information on the virtual option.

We'll start at 2pm and wrap up by 4pm.

## NOTES
Even if you've had training with another club, you must attend the Evansville Outdoors training.

After completing training, the leadership team will assess each member's readiness to host events.
