Scott Township Park

Let's get out into the country. Scott Township Park offers four large grass pastures and short wooded trails.  The pastures consist of nice wide paths which meander into the timber.  We'll be hiking in short cut grass with moderate hills. There are picnic tables so bring a lunch to the enjoy afterwards. 

To hike the outer pasture trail is about 2 miles. Depending on how warm it is we'll wonder through several different path options to get in as many miles as we'd like.

Things to bring. 
Water and snacks. Lunch if you would like to stay for a picnic. 
Sun screen and possibly bug spray.
