First Day Hike

It’s 2025! Start your year with a casual hike at John James Audubon State Park. We'll make a 4-mile loop in the Nature Preserve.

There WILL be hills, and we'll take frequent breaks.

Join us afterward for lunch In Henderson. (Location TBD… if you have suggestions, put them in the comments!)

• Difficulty: Moderate
• Length: 4 miles
• Special Considerations: steep inclines and stairs

What to Bring

• Sturdy shoes for hiking
• Water (for drinking)

Ground Rules

• Leave no trace, and pack out all your trash.
• No pets.
